Solution and Outcome

Under our advice, all suppliers' production plans were made and reported in advance of all production threads so that all parties could conveniently be on the same page. Our team checked with each supplier for progress along the production period and there were progress and issue reports available on a regular basis. When the production is completed, we manage all the logistics communication to make sure of the safety of the goods, proper paperwork made, packages correctly labeled and goods sent to the right addresses for warehousing. The closest shipping line was booked and the goods was sent ahead of time.
